D23 Gold Members will have pre-sale access to a limited number of one-day and three-day tickets for a limited time beginning March 26, 2024, at 12 p.m. PT and ending March 27 at 10 a.m. PT, while supplies last. You must be a D23 Gold Member to purchase tickets. Join or upgrade to a D23 Gold Membership to access the pre-sale and enjoy additional benefits, discounts, and offers all weekend long.

You must be a D23 Member to purchase tickets. Join as a complimentary General Member or upgrade to Gold Membership to enjoy additional benefits, discounts, and offers all weekend long.

• D23 Members must log in by using their D23 Member account information when purchasing tickets.
• D23 Gold or General Members may purchase up to eight (8) tickets for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
• Each attendee must have a ticket in their possession for entry.
• D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event tickets are subject to availability.
• All D23 events are subject to change without notice.
• All guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend this D23 event and will require an event ticket for admission. All children 2 years of age and older must have a ticket for admittance.
• Ticketed Members and guests who do not attend the event forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event.No refunds are permitted for D23 tickets. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.). D23 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten badges.
• Tickets can be transferred to other guests; however, the recipient email must be associated with a D23 Member account to claim the badge transferred to them.
• Please show common courtesy to fellow guests and our cast members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior; jumping lines; or saving places in lines for others. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please respect the following rules:

  • We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or other item and to deal with any unattended object, bag, or luggage in whatever way we consider appropriate.

  • Children should be supervised.
  • Ask permission from another guest prior to filming or photographing them.
  • Badges, credentials, and other entitlements are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable, and void if altered. The badge must be used by the same person on all days during its period of validity.

• Shipping is not available to addresses outside of the U.S.
• All orders placed outside of the U.S. will be available at Will Call, during event Will Call hours. Online-exclusive merchandise will be forfeited if not picked up.
• Will Call is not available for U.S. purchasers. Failure to select the appropriate shipping/Will Call option may result in order cancellation.
• Final products may vary from concept design images shown.
• Merchandise items are limited to eight (8) per individual item OR eight (8) Fan Bundles.
• All merchandise ordered is expected to ship approximately four to six (4-6) weeks after ordering to the shipping address provided.
• All merchandise ordered will ship separately from your D23 ticket.
• There are no exchanges once you’ve placed your order, and no refunds on any merchandise.
• Online-exclusive merchandise will not be available for purchase on site at D23 2024.

[“Disney”]) and cannot be reproduced, sold, or upgraded. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, and guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. All panels, autographing, photo ops, talent, special events, show features, performances, and other programming are subject to availability, subject to changes, and access is not guaranteed. Disney and its affiliates, vendors, contractors, agents and/or assigns (together, “Producer”), and/or its licensees, sponsors, exhibitors (together, “Designees”) may be taking photos, filming and/or making other recordings at the Event locations (including but not limited to the Anaheim Convention Center, the Honda Center and/or Disneyland Resort). By entering these locations, for yourself and on behalf of any children accompanying you, you: (i) irrevocably consent to and authorize Disney and its Designees to photograph you, make audio and/or video recordings of you in whatever medium, and use such photographs and recordings for all purposes (including advertising and promotions) in all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any language without notice, attribution, permission or payment; (ii) acknowledge all such photographs and/or recordings will be the sole property of Producer and/or its Designees; and (iii) assume all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related or incidental to the Event for which the Badge is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, and releases Disney and its affiliates from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind.
